Saturday April 10 - Fairies in the Forest

On Saturday 10^th April the forest comes alive with some special 'fairy magic' between 11am and 2pm.

We invite all the fairies and elves and their families to our very first 'Fairies in the Forest Day' in association with Make-A-Wish Hobart. This promises to be a magical and fun family day at the Tahune AirWalk. The day will feature face painting, treasure hunts, colouring in, a barbecue lunch and much much more.

A portion of the admission cost will go directly to Make-A-Wish for fundraising. Bookings are recommended, and all those who book online will go into the draw to win a magical Cubby House donated by Kemp and Denning.

Saturday April 17 - Home Hill Winery

Come and meet the people who make amazing food and wine, and they will share their knowledge and tastings with you.

Sunday May 9 - Mothers Day with Nandroya Wines

It’s time to spoil your Mum and enjoy Mothers Day at the AirWalk. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings, gentle walks and the best part – we will entertain the kids for you with face painting, and a special craft project to give to Mum. Thursday July 1 – 'Moods in the Forest' Photographic competition

The very exciting launch of our inaugural ‘Moods of the Forest’ Photographic Competition. The competition will run over July, and we invite all budding photographers to call in and pick up an entry form and be inspired with the natural beauty of their subject. The subject must be from the State forests, and fantastic prizes will be awarded to the winners of both categories – Amateur photographers and Students of Photography (semi professional).

National Science Week
